Senior year of high school. Most of us remember it very well.

It is a year of many ‘lasts’, but for the class of 2020, it was a year of many ‘firsts’.

Hundreds of thousands of seniors across the US experienced a much different ‘last few months of school’, and student-athletes were impacted in a huge way. There was no closure to their senior season of winter or spring sports, the highlight of many careers.

Our Knockouts Fastpitch Softball family had a number of ladies who were able to experience the brief excitement of their senior season before it quickly came to a halt. The unprecedented COVID-19 Pandemic definitely changed everyone’s lives, and because of that, we wanted to spend time to recognize each of our seniors for their accomplishments and thank them for their commitment to the Knockouts Fastpitch Softball Organization. 

Established in 1999 by Ricky Martinez, the Knockouts have seen many players come and go. Choosing to remain a tight group, with most years only having one team per age group, we have seen over 75 alumni continue their athletic careers in the collegiate ranks. The organization’s success would not be possible without the dedication of the student-athletes like the 11 mentioned below.
